  • Béatrice Méthé

    CO-FOUNDER

    Béatrice is an accomplished lawyer and sustainable investment professional with over a decade of experience in ESG, law, and finance in the asset management and investment banking industry. Prior to founding Primera Purpose Advisory, Béatrice worked for a leading European asset manager on the development and implementation of the firm's ESG strategy across all managed assets, as well as on ensuring their compliance with global ESG regulations and standards. She previously worked for a leading Canadian business law firm advising clients on corporate transactions and governance and began her career in investment banking.

    She holds an LLB from the Université de Montréal (Canada), an MBA from IE Business School (Spain), and is a member of the Québec Bar. She has also earned the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, further demonstrating her expertise in this field.

  • Sofia Stefanelli

    CO-FOUNDER

    Sofia is a sustainable finance expert with over a decade of track record in development finance, working with multilateral development banks such as the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) and European Investment Bank, as well as in private equity and strategic consulting. Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable experience in development finance projects in emerging markets (mostly LatAm and MENA regions), managing impact from business development, investment structuring, portfolio and relationship management.

    Her educational background includes an MS in Accounting & Finance from Università Bocconi and a BBA from LUISS Guido Carli University, with exchange experiences in Argentina and France adding to her international profile. Additionally, she has completed the Impact Measurement & Management for the SDGs course offered by Duke University.
